We are building Haven privacy-first. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain English, not legalese.
This policy applies to the Haven website at gethavenmobile.com, operated by The Good Phone Company Ltd (trading as Haven), registered in England and Wales.
Haven is currently pre-launch. We are not yet operating a mobile network. This policy covers the data we collect through this website — primarily your email address when you join the waitlist.
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.
Like most websites, we may also receive standard technical data through your browser — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — via analytics tools (see below).
Your email address is collected for one purpose: to contact you when Haven launches, and to keep you informed about our progress in the meantime.
We will not use it to send you marketing unrelated to Haven, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of the tools we use to operate this service.
Waitlist submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. Your email is transmitted securely and stored on their platform. You can read Formspree's privacy policy here.
We do not store your email address on our own servers.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are most visited and where visitors come from. We do not use Google Analytics. Any analytics we use will be configured to anonymise data and respect Do Not Track preferences.

This website is intended for adults — specifically parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted their data through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
As Haven moves from waitlist to live network, this policy will grow to cover the data we handle as a mobile operator. We will update this page when that happens and notify waitlist members by email before any significant changes take effect.
